Responsibilities
Teach private lessons & group rehearsals for guitar students (all levels)
Use the School of Rock Method™ , books, and Method App to guide instruction
Develop engaging lesson plans that challenge and inspire students
Communicate with parents on progress through notes & assignments
Prepare students for live performances on stage
Support rehearsals and upkeep of lesson facilities
Model energy, professionalism, and stage presence
Qualifications
2+ years teaching and/or professional performance experience
Skilled guitarist across multiple genres (rock, pop, metal, etc.)
Strong music theory knowledge and curriculum design experience
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Positive, patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic about teaching
High school diploma or equivalent required; music degree preferred
