Position Overview:

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Security/HR Assistant to support both facility security and human resources functions within a government contracting environment. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional who can effectively balance security requirements, personnel administration, compliance, and day-to-day office operations while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrate personnel security clearance processes to include coordinating initial clearance submissions and periodic reinvestigations of staff, providing guidance and instruction to staff to ensure completion of security paperwork, collection of ink or electronic fingerprinting of initial clearance candidates, and providing follow-up clearance report status on processed clearances to managers for specific contracts.
• Provide guidance to staff to ensure timely completion of security paperwork, facilitate the fingerprinting requirements for new clearances, and keep managers informed about the status of processed clearances for specific contracts.
• Serve as Insider Threat Program Security Officer (ITPSO) and conduct required audit and training as required by Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
• Maintain all security documentation and files in accordance with DCSA requirements.
• Provide Federal Agency or component personnel suitability processing support and coordination.
• Provide and document new employee security briefings, exit interviews and debriefing, investigate and report security violations and incidents.
• Provide security support to Human Resources, Contracts, and Proposal teams.
• Maintain a working relationship with DCSA or other Federal Agencies and each contract’s security office for processing and maintaining employee clearances or suitability determinations.
• Provide administrative support to the HR function, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of personnel files and employment documentation.
• Coordinate new-hire paperwork, employment eligibility documentation, orientation materials, and onboarding activities.
• Assist with tracking employee training, certifications, acknowledgments, and other required documentation.
• Support benefits administration and respond to routine employee HR questions or direct employees to the appropriate HR resource.
• Prepare routine HR reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other administrative documents.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facility security, personnel security, human resources, office administration, or a related field.
• Experience working in a government contracting or similarly regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with DISS/NBIS/NISS/ ACCS
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Clearance Requirements

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance is required.
• The selected candidate must be able to maintain the required level of security clearance throughout employment.
• The position requires the ability to handle sensitive and classified information in accordance with applicable government security requirements and company policies.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000.

The listed salary range represents a general guideline; however, RiVidium Inc. considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. At RiVidium Inc. it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
