Talent Acquisition Specialist

TBG is partnering with a mid-size professional services organization seeking a Temp to Perm TA Specialist to join their team in Flushing, Queens. This will be on-site full time for the first 30 days. Then it will be a hybrid opportunity 4x per week on site. Our client is seeking candidates with prior experience using ADP Workforce Now. Major Duties and Responsibilities Identify, attract, evaluate, and build relationships with passive and active job seekers, internal and external. Proactively develop and maintain a robust and diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs; deepen early career engagement and experienced hire pipelines. Source candidates from various job boards, resume databases, social media and other niche sites. Develop and maintain relationships with schools and university programs to support the Internship Program. Coordinate and attend virtual and onsite hiring events and job fairs. Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews; update and disposition candidate statuses accordingly within the ATS (iCIMS). Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers/business leaders to build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor in sourcing talent. Assist with reviewing and processing job applications within the ATS. Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining organization and communicating regularly with potential candidates. Participate in special projects as required. Schedule interviews as needed. Initiate all prescreening requirements for new hires. Support new hire orientation, training, and 30/60/90-day planning. Support processing of new hires in ADP Workforce Now. Support I-9 verification and new hire compliance documentation for all new hires. Support Parking applications for new hires. Manage recruitment analytics, including tracking key metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline activity to inform hiring strategies. Maintain the Talent Acquisition Dashboard via PowerPoint, ensuring data is current and accurately reflects recruiting activity and progress. Perform other duties as assigned. Competencies and Skills Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Able to work independently, multi-task and efficiently and effectively pursue multiple priorities. Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Excel, Project, Outlook, and Word and PowerPoint. Education and Experience 3 plus years end to end recruitment experience Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMS preferred Experience with writing job descriptions Excellent communication verbal and written Great organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
