Work Environment\n

This remote position facilitates a flexible work environment, allowing you to connect with clients through telehealth platforms while maintaining a strong emphasis on accessibility and convenience. You will work Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic that supports your professional and personal needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of student mental health needs, utilizing various evaluation tools to gather crucial information.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, ensuring that each student receives tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Effectively utilize telehealth technologies to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Regularly maintain and update client records, documenting progress and treatment modifications in accordance with organizational policies.

• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other mental health professionals to create a supportive network around each student.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on school-aged children and adolescents, who may be facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your ability to connect with students and empower them is essential in fostering resilience and aiding their academic and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in social work or mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
