Healthcare Recruiter

Job TitleInternal StaffJob Description$25 hour plus commission. We are looking for a healthcare recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience from talent sourcing, prescreening, and initial onboarding. Source and recruit candidates by using the company's database. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications. Conduct prescreens using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter qualified candidates. Assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and throughout contract. Communicate daily with clients. Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work".Requirements: Bachelor Degree (preferred). Proven work experience as a recruiter. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc). Hands-on experience with recruiting software (i.e. Zoho Recruit, TSS, Salesforce, etc). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and autonomy. Self-motivated, self-starter, and takes initiative.Benefits: Job type full-time.
