Human Resources Generalist

This HR Generalist position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS management, and daytoday HR operations.
In this role, you'll support employees throughout the organization: planning fun events, coordinating meetings, answering HRIS questions, and helping team members navigate everything from time and attendance to benefits enrollment. You'll also play a key part in maintaining compliance, managing workers' compensation claims, and ensuring accurate benefit deductions and rate updates. - Employee Relations & Engagement - Coordinate meetings, plan employee events, support internal communications, and serve as a friendly, reliable resource for daytoday employee questions.
- Benefits Administration - Assist employees with benefit enrollment, manage annual open enrollment, process benefit changes, track rate increases, and ensure accurate deductions.
- Workers' Compensation Management - Handle claims, documentation, and communication with employees and carriers to ensure timely and compliant case resolution.
- HRIS & Data Administration - Maintain employee data, perform accurate data entry, and serve as the goto expert for navigating the HRIS system.
- Policies & Procedures - Help employees understand policies, ensure consistent application, and support HR leadership with documentation and compliance needs.
- Back up to other HR functions
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years in human resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Techsavvy with the ability to learn systems quickly; Paychex experience is a plus
- Ability to build relationships, stay organized, and handle confidential information with professionalism
- A positive, solutionsfocused mindset and a desire to make HR approachable and effective
Salary: $65,000-$75,000
