Vice President OF Clinical Services

Leading the enterprise retrospective risk adjustment operations team, the full-time remote Vice President of Retrospective Programs will manage chart retrieval, coding operations, and analytics strategy while ensuring operational excellence and compliance across Medicare, Marketplace, and Medicaid markets. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy and execution model for enterprise retrospective programs Oversee chart retrieval operations and vendor performance to meet program goals and regulatory timelines Develop a high-performing team focused on operational discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including risk adjustment and vendor management Experience leading enterprise programs across multiple markets and lines of business Strong knowledge of risk adjustment methodologies and healthcare operations Proven executive leadership and stakeholder management skills
