About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Behavioral Health and Clinical Services Operations to join its team. The successful candidate will be a senior operational leader with a focus on the day-to-day performance, systems management, and service delivery infrastructure of the behavioral health and clinical services program. This role is pivotal in the organization's mission to empower, educate, and employ people to change lives and strengthen communities. The VP will be responsible for operationalizing and scaling the behavioral health portfolio, ensuring its integration into the broader continuum of care, and enhancing outcomes across various service lines. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Behavioral Health and Clinical Services Operations include overseeing the operational performance of the program, partnering with leaders in child welfare, early childhood, workforce development, and disability services to integrate behavioral health, and ensuring the alignment of operations, care models, and service delivery across programs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, capable of driving the organization's growth and impact in the community. This is a full-time leadership position that requires a candidate with a strong background in behavioral health and clinical services, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership to achieve the organization's goals.
