Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses
- Attend depositions, hearings, and client communications
- Collaborate with senior attorneys across practice areas in a team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Michigan bar required
- 5-12 years of litigation experience
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
