Mast Roofing & Construction in Oley, PA is seeking a full-time Roofing Project Manager / Foreman to lead residential and light commercial roofing projects throughout Berks County, PA and surrounding areas with precision, accountability, and efficiency. This full-time position requires a flexible schedule and is for someone who is motivated to work 45-55 hours/week.

As a Roofing Project Manager / Foreman, you can expect to earn an annual wage of $70k+ a year, plus bonus opportunities, based upon experience and enjoy a full benefits package including medical, vision, dental, a retirement plan, paid time off (PTO), bonuses, a company truck, laptop, phone, and complete technical and sales training.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROOFING PROJECT MANAGER / FOREMAN

As a Roofing Project Manager / Foreman, you are the on-site leader and primary point of contact throughout each project. You bring a steady, solutions-focused mindset while holding yourself and your team accountable to high standards. You proactively coordinate labor, materials, schedules, and jobsite operations to keep projects on time and within budget. Customers and team members alike respect your professionalism, communication, and leadership.

You set clear expectations, provide hands-on coaching, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You maintain strict safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company protocols. Integrity guides your decision-making and workmanship on every project. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A record of at least 3 years of winning in roofing construction
• 1 year of crew leadership experience preferred
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, stretching, and performing other construction-related tasks
• Strong leadership ability
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Attentive to detail
