Senior Tax Counsel - Family Office (Greenwich)

We’re working with a small, high-performing family office looking to add a Tax Structuring Senior Counsel. The role will also have meaningful exposure to investment legal work and broader family office matters. A few highlights: Tax-heavy mandate – focus on structuring across a multi-strategy investment program (including cross-border / non-U.S. investor considerations) High-impact, judgment-driven role – more about advising and structuring than pure deal volume Lean, sophisticated environment – small team with direct exposure to senior decision-makers Broad scope – investment docs (LPAs, side letters, co-invests), governance, and some trust & estate overlay Flexible setup – 3 days a week in Greenwich office with very reasonable hours. Competitive Compensation They’re ideally looking for someone with 7-15 years of experience and strong tax training who’s interested in applying that skill set in a more commercial, multi-dimensional way. #J-18808-Ljbffr JW Michaels & Co.
