The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and bidding on commercial, civil, and industrial construction projects. If you have a passion for construction and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project scope, timelines, and budget requirements Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate estimates Review and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information and assess project requirements Prepare and submit bids to clients in a timely and professional manner Provide guidance and support to junior estimators and team members Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards Experience with commercial, civil, and industrial construction projects Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and accuracy are essential If you are a skilled and experienced Construction Estimator with a passion for the industry, we want to hear from you.
