Promotions Coordinator (Jersey City)

The Promotions Coordinator will assist the Digital Sportsbook promotions team in developing and executing promotions to support the growth and retention of digital sportsbook bettors.

Responsibilities

Assist the Digital Sportsbook promotions team in developing and executing promotions to support the growth and retention of digital sportsbook bettors.

Support the creation of promotions briefings and keep internal logs up to date to keep external stakeholders aware of active & historical offers.

Collaborate with Product teams to fine-tune features and streamline automation to scale.

Assist in the weekly and monthly financial & KPI reporting for promotions as directed by Promotions Manager.

Coordinate with Customer Service to monitor inquiries related to digital sportsbook promotions.

Develop and maintain comprehensive sports and promotional calendars.

Track promotional and product offerings for key competitors.

Utilize Excel and organizational skills to upload bonuses to ensure quick delivery for customers.

Qualifications

2+ years of online sportsbook or related gaming experience preferred Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Strong sports knowledge and passion for sports betting Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills Experience using data and insights to drive decisions and meet deadlines Understanding of probability, odds, gaming regulations, and compliance requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI Ability to obtain required gaming licenses and registrations ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Proactive learner with a growth mindset and strong business acumen Collaborative team player who builds relationships across departments Self-aware, adaptable, and solutions-focused in challenging situations Continuously improves processes, services, and operational efficiencies Maintains professionalism and composure in fast-paced, high-volume environments Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with consistent follow-through Able to work independently while managing multiple projects and changing priorities Skilled at handling sensitive team member and guest situations with discretion and urgency Able to respond to visual and auditory cues as required by the role Possesses the knowledge, judgment, and skills to perform at a high level and meet business goals consistently The compensation for this position is $20.00 an hour USD, which is dependent on several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand.
