Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' challenges and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Desert View Psychiatry, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including both adults and children/adolescents. Clients may present with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. You will utilize your expertise to offer culturally sensitive care that addresses the unique needs of each individual or family.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree in marriage and family therapy or related discipline is preferred.

• Experience working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations in therapy settings.

• Demonstrated ability to provide individual and/or couples therapy, preferably with a range of therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $101,000 per year, plus an attractive performance-based bonus structure.
