OTR ROUTING COORDINATOR - OKC (Non-Safety Sensitive)

Routing Coordinator

Pay: $20.00

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR ROUTING COORDINATOR:

• Accurately route deliveries for multiple locations in the most efficient manner possible
• Staple and organize delivery tickets as well as highlight special instruction notations (Confirm that Storis reflects these on credit memos and orders with balances)
• Work logistical scheduling multiple times a day to confirm that holds have been removed, all picks have been sent, and filter out tickets with no merchandise and credit holds
• Communicate with drivers proactively on routes for the next delivery day
• Meet deadlines regarding delivery prep picks being sent
• Ensure timeframes are being provided to all customers at the same time daily through all available channels
• Keep track/report reschedules as well as departure times weekly to Delivery Processing Manager; ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Maintain the office appearance by keeping everything neat and clean
