Property Management Associate

Job Title Property Management Associate Job Description The Property Management Associate provides administrative support to the property management team to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of commercial properties. This role is heavily administrative and serves as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls from tenants, vendors, and visitors. Respond to and route emails in a timely and professional manner. Verify and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure vendor and tenant compliance. Enter, track, and process invoices within the property management system. Assist with issuing building access credentials, identification badges, and related documentation. Maintain accurate records and electronic filing systems. Support property managers with administrative tasks and day-to-day operational needs. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate property-related activities and requests. Monitor and update databases, spreadsheets, and property records as needed. Provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and business partners. Basic accounting knowledge. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous administrative, customer service, office support, or property management experience preferred. Work Environment This is an on-site role located in New York City. The position requires working closely with the manager in a busy and fast‑paced office environment. Job Type & Location Contract position based out of New York, NY. Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
