Senior Sales Director

Infosys is hiring for a Senior Sales Director for our Insurance Practice . In this sales role, you will identify, originate, develop, and close opportunities to provide consulting, AI‑led transformation, BPM, and business services solutions to major clients. You will focus on acquiring net‑new logos while building and executing account plans that accelerate revenue growth and long‑term strategic partnerships. The Senior Sales Director will grow net‑new business and enterprise account pipeline across the Insurance sector. Requires understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and emerging business challenges to develop appropriate sales strategies and apply sales and solution expertise in conjunction with project teams. A successful Sales Hunter is a relentless door opener, compelling storyteller, and rainmaker who actively creates opportunities through cold entry, executive networking, and value‑based selling. The ideal candidate will work closely with solution teams to develop differentiated value propositions centered on AI, automation, BPM, digital transformation, and outcome‑based business solutions. Description Responsible for identifying and closing new deals Be the face of Infosys to the market and help position Infosys as an industry leader and trusted advisor Leverage the Infosys ecosystem of capabilities across technology practices, industry verticals and service lines to develop solutions that address the client’s business problems Ground‑breaking force behind developing platform solutions specifically geared towards Insurance enterprises Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 13+ years of experience, with strong sales experience in service industry Strong domain experience in the Insurance business segments Understanding of Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing) and large deal experience Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant business development experience selling IT services Track record of interacting and building relationship with CXOs of leading organization Hands‑on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentation Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
