Analytics & Insights Manager – Komodo Health Komodo Health is dedicated to reducing the global burden of disease through advanced analytics and real‑world data. The Analytics & Insights team leads the delivery of high‑quality analytics products and services to healthcare organizations. Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end delivery of analytics projects, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product Management) to align on project goals and deliverables. Serve as the primary client contact, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new insights and technologies into service offerings. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience. 3–6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field, with a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients. Strong project management skills and experience leading cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R. AI Use Expectations Judgement & Creativity Apply AI strategically, choosing the right tools at the right time to solve problems or generate ideas. Use AI to accelerate feedback loops, test ideas, and make informed decisions faster. Combine judgment and creativity when working with AI and understand its limitations. Curiosity & Initiative Demonstrate curiosity by exploring new AI tools and workflows relevant to the role. Develop or share AI‑enhanced workflows, automations, or prompts with others. Integration & Productivity Integrate AI into daily processes to iterate, research, and deliver better work. Comfortable working with AI‑enhanced environments across writing, data analysis, content creation, or design. Regularly leverage AI tools such as Notion AI, Perplexity, Claude, Descript, Runway, Midjourney, Microsoft Copilot, or similar to improve speed, clarity, or creative output. Nice to Have Experience in consulting or professional services, preferably within healthcare. Experience with cloud analytics platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (HIPAA, GDPR). Advanced analytical skills including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization. Compensation & Benefits San Francisco Bay Area and New York City: $98,000 – $120,000 USD per year. All other US locations: $85,000 – $105,000 USD per year. May include performance‑based bonuses and equity awards.
