Professional Services Implementation Specialist

Our partner is looking for a Professional Services Implementation Specialist based in the United States. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery and customer success, focused on deploying and configuring enterprise‑grade data protection solutions in complex customer environments. You will work directly with clients to translate requirements into fully implemented systems that ensure resilience, performance, and operational continuity. The position requires a strong blend of hands‑on technical expertise and customer‑facing consulting skills, with responsibility for guiding deployments from planning through production. You will be involved in installation, upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, and system validation across hybrid and cloud infrastructures. Operating in fast‑paced enterprise settings, you will collaborate closely with internal engineering, sales, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.
