Responsibilities Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check‑ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required Set out the breakfast items for the breakfast bar Light preparation of some food items and making coffee Qualifications Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required Great communication and excellent customer service skills are required Flexible overnight hours are required Compensation $16.50 Per Hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
