JuraLaw delivers the most technologically advanced, nationwide, web-based legal calendaring and deadline management system. It protects law firms from missed court dates and deadlines, the single most common cause of legal malpractice claims. This is primarily a hunter role designed for a driven sales professional who thrives on outbound prospecting, opening new markets and closing net-new business. As a JuraLaw Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle and be directly accountable for pipeline creation, revenue generation, and quota attainment. You will sell a mission critical SaaS solution that law firms rely on to mitigate risk, ensure accuracy, and operate with confidence. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, emails, social selling, referrals, and targeted campaigns. Own pipeline creation – success in this role starts with your ability to consistently source your own opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and demo through proposal, negotiation and close. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity metrics including outbound touches, meetings set and deals advanced. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new sales quotas. Deliver compelling, value driven product demonstrations that clearly differentiate JuraLaw in the market. Clearly articulate JuraLaw’s value proposition, including risk mitigation, accuracy, and productivity benefits. Partner with Marketing to develop and execute outbound campaigns and territory-based initiatives. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and champions within law firms. Accurately track pipeline, activity, and forecasts in Salesforce. Provide competitive and market feedback to inform sales strategy and product direction. Qualifications 5+ years of successful new-business focused sales experience in a competitive environment. Proven track record of outbound prospecting and quota attainment. Experience managing longer or more complex sales cycles. Saas or cloud-based software sales experience required. Bachelor's degree required. Legal Industry experience preferred. Confident leading user, IT, and executive level product demonstrations Highly energetic, self-motivated, resilient and goal- oriented mindset Strong negotiation, objection handling and closing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new technologies quickly Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred. Compensation & OTE Base Salaries start at $60K and are based on experience. On-Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped and a strong salesperson could exceed the OTE range. Commission Structure: New business focused with accelerators for exceeding quota. Performance based bonuses.
