Job Summary:
This is a Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) float pool Registered Nurse position based in Boston, Massachusetts. The role involves working across multiple inpatient units including neurology, cardiac, bariatric, general medicine, general surgery, gynecology, urology, hips and joints, oncology, transplant liver and kidneys, and vascular. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work. The position offers a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

• Required Qualifications: License as a Registered Nurse (MA LICENSE REQUIRED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION), CPR-AHA, ACLS-AHA certifications, at least 3+ years of related work experience, basic familiarity with computers, ability to navigate web-based applications, Epic experience required, experience in a teaching hospital, and Level I trauma experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a teaching hospital and specialty area expertise.
• Additional Information: Travel RNs are assigned to units in 2-3 week periods, with some assignments starting 2 hours prior to shift. Orientation is weekly, and time off may not exceed 4 days. No blocked scheduling requests or specific days off will be approved week over week. All RTO requests must be presented at the time of submission.
• Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Submission Requirements: BILH Coversheet required at time of submission. Please provide dates and times available for interview at the time of submission.
