Job Summary:
The specialization is Medical Surgical with Telemetry in Milton, MA. This position involves providing nursing care for a diverse patient population, including surgical and medical patients with telemetry monitoring. The role requires the ability to interpret electrocardiograms (ECGs) and perform necessary procedures independently. The assignment begins on August 4, 2026, and requires candidates to be separated from their current organization for at least six months and in good standing.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Recent acute Medical Surgical with Telemetry nursing experience for at least 2 years, current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing, CPR certification, ACLS certification, and EPIC EMR experience. Massachusetts license required at the time of submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: Epic experience preferred.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for placing intravenous lines. Nurses must pass ECG/Telemetry and Medications testing prior to acceptance; these tests are administered via Zoom. Only medical exemptions are accepted. The unit does not have telemetry technicians; all RNs are required to interpret their own strips. The RN will float among all Medical Surgical with Telemetry units within the facility. This is an eight-week assignment.
