Responsibilities of the Mechanic Apprentice include, but are not limited to: Repair, fabricate, install and tear down a variety of centrifugal, gear, diaphragm, and reciprocating pumps as well as other related rotating equipment either in-house, in the field, or offshore Cleaning and painting pumps and/or equipment Get pumps and/or equipment ready for shipping Qualifications of the Mechanic Apprentice include, but are not limited to: Experience working with pumps and other rotating equipment preferred (Willing to train) Applicant must be customer driven DOT physical and drug screen Acceptable driving record, according to company guidelines #zrjj Additional Information Physical Demand: Lift up to 50lbs Working Conditions: Field and shop environment Training/Certifications: N/A Shift Time/Overtime: 7am-3:30pm Travel: N/A Education: High School Diploma or GED DXP is always looking for individuals who want to join a team of employees who have the desire to achieve remarkable accomplishments together.
