About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide visionary, mission-driven leadership for a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to delivering high-quality, integrated healthcare services to rural and underserved communities. The CEO will be responsible for strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and financial stewardship, with a strong focus on advancing access to comprehensive, patient-centered care. This role requires a leader with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 5-7 years' senior leadership experience, and a proven track record of working effectively with a governing Board of Directors. A Master's degree and experience in FQHC operations are preferred. Key responsibilities for the CEO include championing health equity, community engagement, and innovative solutions to the workforce and access barriers common in rural healthcare settings. The successful candidate will also be tasked with operational and clinical oversight, including executive responsibility for integrated care delivery and maintaining high standards of clinical quality and patient safety. Financially, the CEO will partner with the CFO to ensure the organization's financial sustainability through diversified funding streams and effective budget management. Additionally, the role involves workforce and human resources management, community engagement, advocacy, and a commitment to continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care.
