Family Navigator: Parents as Teachers & Community Support

Hilltop Community Resources is seeking a Family Navigator to support parents and children using the Parents as Teachers framework. You will conduct personal visits, group sessions, and screenings to connect families with essential resources and strengthen family well-being. As part of a collaborative team, you will maintain accurate participant records, plan parenting classes, and coordinate with partner agencies to help families achieve goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
