Video ProducerThe Video Producer is a full-time creative force responsible for producing high-impact video content that elevates Visit Fort Worth's brand and communicates mission-critical capabilities with clarity and credibility.This role operates at the intersection of storytelling, technology and strategy—building visual narratives that build trust with customers, partners and stakeholders.Focusing on our commitment to marketing the Fort Worth Convention Center expansion and supporting our sales, sports, destination experiences, film and music departments as well as The Herd. Continuing to raise the profile of the 10th largest city in the U.S.Responsibilities and TasksLead end-to-end content production aligned to Brand StrategyDevelop brand films, product videos, executive communications, and digital contentCollaborate with Brand Strategy, Marketing, and technical teamsExecute videography including lighting, audio, and multi-camera shootsPerform post-production editing, motion graphics, and color gradingEnsure brand consistency and compliance with security protocolsWork with vendors and external production partners when requiredManage Dropbox File assets & YouTube pageMaintain media asset organization and workflowsManage, file and archive video files & assetsBusiness RelationshipsCollaborates with Brand Strategy, Enterprise Communications, Strategic Marketing, Divisions, internal programs and functions and Executive Leadership across the organization and city.AuthoritiesCreative ownership of assigned video projectsVendor coordination for video productionInput into creative standards and production workflowsHiring freelance crew for larger projectsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Film, Media, Design or related field preferred5+ years of professional video production experienceExperience in technology preferredStrong portfolio requiredSkills and AbilitiesAdvanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiencyStrong storytelling and visual narrative skillsMotion graphics and animation capabilityAbility to translate technical concepts into visual contentStrong project management and organizational skillsHigh-attention to detail and accountabilityFast-paced environmentTravel/Physical Requirements25% travel possibleAbility to lift and set up production equipment
