Senior Copywriter

The SENECA team is growing! We're looking for a Senior Copywriter (Thought Leadership Writer) to help our clients turn expertise into content that earns attention and builds trust. The ideal candidate can: Translates content strategy, positioning, and executive expertise into compelling thought leadership content Has a portfolio of client work across LinkedIn, X, newsletters, and articles Can adapt to different executive voices while maintaining a high standard of quality and originality Has 4-6+ years in adjacent professional fields: copywriting, journalism, communications, content marketing, editorial, or ghostwriting We'd love to hear from you. About the job We’re a small agency that builds thought leadership platforms for executives. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy and storytelling. We don’t create content for the sake of posting. We help clients articulate meaningful ideas and perspectives that shape how people think. What this role is We’re looking for a senior writer who can take ownership of client content from brief to final draft. You’d be responsible for creating content for 1-3 client accounts, with room to grow. For each client, that means: Translate content strategy, positioning, and executive expertise into compelling thought leadership content Write across formats: LinkedIn posts, X posts, newsletters, articles, and blogs Research industries, trends, events, and cultural conversations to strengthen content ideas and connect them to timely moments Adapt to different executive voices while maintaining a high standard of quality and originality Work independently from brief to final draft, taking ownership of both the thinking and the writing Who you probably have 4-6+ years in adjacent professional fields: copywriting, journalism, communications, content marketing, editorial, or ghostwriting A portfolio of client work across LinkedIn, X, newsletters, and articles Experience writing for multiple clients in their voice, tone, and ideas Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality Comfortable working independently in defined systems What we offer Fully remote Opportunity to grow alongside the agency Competitive hourly or project-based compensation depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr SENECA
