Human Resource Specialist (Bilingual in Chinese)

Hexin Technology Inc. is seeking a motivated and bilingual HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our HR team with a focus on recruiting and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of labor laws and be fluent in both Chinese and English . This role is crucial for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for live hosts and operators , including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. Passion in interacting with live host. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand business demand for the candidates regarding style, ability, consistancy, and punctuality. Learn to identify a suitable host for our business with experience and objective questions. Payroll calculation : calculate bi-weekly payroll for hourly staff with multiple-tier rates. This requires reasonable mathmatical logic and deadline awareness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for employees. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Not required if you are a good fit for this position. Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations. Bilingual in Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
