Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating designated construction projects from turnover through completion, including warranty management for offsite modular products. Ensures projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while overseeing financial performance, subcontracting, engineering coordination, scheduling, contracts, labor productivity, and closeout.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned projects by coordinating with customers, architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams
• Develop detailed scopes, labor plans, and material requirements for offsite modular construction projects
• Manage full project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Supervise day-to-day operations of multi-disciplinary teams including manufacturing, engineering, and field execution
• Oversee project administration and documentation to reduce risk, back charges, and claims
• Build and maintain project schedules to meet milestones and delivery deadlines
• Manage contract negotiations, revisions, execution, and compliance
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment to meet schedule and budget targets
• Negotiate and administer subcontract agreements
• Manage submittals, approvals, logs, permits, and required licenses
• Prepare monthly contract valuations, billing packages, and financial reporting
• Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices
• Maintain strong working relationships with owners, designers, managers, supervisors, and trade partners
• Manage collections, progress billings, retention, and cash flow performance
• Price, negotiate, and process change orders prior to execution of added scope
• Attend project review meetings and present status updates

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience with offsite modular or prefabricated construction solutions
• Experience managing mission critical, industrial, or complex commercial projects
• Strong financial management, forecasting, and contract administration skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations
• Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to make independent decisions in fast-paced project environments
• Experience with process improvement / Lean / Six Sigma environments preferred
• Typically requires 10+ years of relevant project management experience
