HR Generalist I

Are you an early-career HR professional looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a fast-paced construction environment? Century Builders is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Fargo, North Dakota to support employees, managers, and HR initiatives across both field and office operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad, hands-on HR experience while working alongside a collaborative leadership team. The HR Generalist supports recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training, and HR operations. You'll serve as a resource for employees, assist with staffing efforts, maintain HR records, and help support a positive employee experience across the organization. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a PHR or SHRM-CP certification, along with 0-2 years of HR experience. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. Experience with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, or the construction industry is a plus.
