HYBRID - Regular in-office presence with some flexibility for work-from-home

A top-10 AmLaw  international law firm is seeking a Senior Attorney to join their dynamic Litigation Practice Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven litigator to work on sophisticated disputes while learning from a nationally recognized team. The position offers hands-on experience across all stages of litigation, as well as meaningful mentorship and professional development.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record 
• Active Bar Admission in Florida and/or New Jersey , in good standing.
• 5+ years of commercial litigation and products liability experience .
• Completion of a federal or state supreme court judicial clerkship is a plus.
• Prior law firm experience is a plus .
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to draft pleadings, motions, and client communications with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and a practical, business‑oriented approach to legal issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including direct interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Collaborative , team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of matters.
• Commitment to professional development and participation in pro bono or community service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda , motions , briefs , and other court filings .
• Support attorneys in case development , strategy , and client communications .
• Assist with discovery , including drafting requests and responses, and reviewing evidence.
• Participate in depositions , hearings , mediations and trials , providing support to the litigation team.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts and other stakeholders.

• Review, organize, and manage case files, pleadings, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with deadlines.

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation : Annual base salary is expected to range from $180,000-$300,000depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
