You are science and AI obsessed and looking for your next big challenge. You want to own projects end-to-end, see your immediate impact, and grow the team as a mentor and IC. You have a Masters, or PhD in STEM and hands on experience building and deploying software solutions int he context of these highly technical fields. You have 2+ years of industry experience - ideally in startups or consulting. You are easily bored by bureaucracy and want to be pushed and challenged by the people around you. You have a high amount of emotional intelligence, are willing to take risks and able and willing to have hard conversations if those risks don’t pan out. You are not looking to punch the clock - you are looking to make an impact. Profile Masters or PhD in STEM Field 2+ years working in Startups or Consulting 2+ years hands on experience with programming Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, evaluation, and production systems Ability to influence Scientific, Product and Business decisions Proven leadership on complex cross-functional initiatives About the Job What You’ll Do Own product scoping & design by building relationships with scientific and business stakeholders Collaborate with Devops & MLOps to architect cloud-native solutions to accelerate research in the lab Build & Deploy software using state of the art agentic coding tools Design Product Roadmaps for translational biology solutions (both clinical and ex vivo testing) Provide Data-Driven Research for new biological targets and indications Languages: Python (any others are nice to have) Infrastructure: AWS, Docker and Kubernetes #J-18808-Ljbffr
