The Event Coordinator helps organize and schedule community events while supporting daily office operations. Responsibilities include making daily calls to book events, communicating with event locations, maintaining schedules, and assisting with event activities.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

This is an entry-level position with hands-on field training for a minimum of two weeks to learn event operations and booking procedures. We’re looking for dependable, energetic individuals who enjoy talking to people, learning new skills, and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Make daily calls to book, schedule, and confirm events
• Assist with daily office tasks and event scheduling
• Communicate with event locations and team members
• Maintain booking records and follow-up information
• Complete a minimum of two weeks of hands-on field training
• Assist with event setup and activities as needed
• Work with the team to meet booking goals

Preferred Qualifications:

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Energetic, dependable, and willing to learn
• Organized and able to manage daily tasks
• Comfortable making calls and speaking with new people
• This role requires travel between event locations—having a personal vehicle is helpful  
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
