Key Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania SLPA certification (required)
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort working onsite in multiple buildings (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Ability to partner with teletherapy professionals effectively
• Commitment to student-centered, compassionate care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language treatment sessions for assigned caseload—approximately 41 students at present, across three schools
• Provide both individual (16) and group (37) sessions, each lasting 30 minutes, ensuring tailored interventions
• Work a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week
• Maintain progress documentation and support compliance with district and IEP requirements
• Participate in ongoing communication with tele-SLP and other team members to coordinate care and monitor progress
• Adapt service delivery as student population or caseload assignments evolve
