We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in South Holland, IL. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving excellence in resident care and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to all departments to ensure quality resident care and services.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and overall facility operations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment to support staff engagement and retention.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Current and active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license (required).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing or senior living environment.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance clinical excellence with financial and operational performance.
