Travel RN - OR / Surgery 4x10hr Days REQ67284

Pay Rate: Up to $71/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.

- Shifts: 10hr, 06:30-17:00, on call -  up to 1 overnight/week and 3 weekends per 13-week contract

Job Summary:

Provides nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-operative: Prepare patients and answer questions.
• Intra-operative: Assist surgeons, pass instruments, monitor patient.
• Post-operative: Manage recovery, monitor for complications, educate patients.
• Maintain a safe and efficient OR environment.

Requirements:

• RN license in state of assignment. Compact License Allowed Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility
  
• Minimum 2-year(s) exp.
• BLS, PALS, and ACLS required. CNOR and CST preferred.
• Experience in medical-surgical units preferred.
• Experience in DaVinci robotics and EPIC
• Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.

Work Environment & Demands:

• Hospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down).
• Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
