MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and our local client are NOW HIRING an experienced 3rd Shift Order Picker Forklift Operator in the Park 100 area of Northwest Indianapolis!

Position: Order Picker Forklift Operator (Stand-Up)
Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $17.50/hour + $1.00/hour Attendance Bonus
Location: Northwest Indianapolis (Park 100)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Order Picker Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will operate a stand-up order picker forklift to accurately pick, move, and organize inventory while supporting daily warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Responsibilities

Operate a stand-up Order Picker forklift safely and efficiently.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Assemble products as needed.
Use handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and warehouse team members.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Work at heights of 40–60 feet using warehouse equipment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of stand-up Order Picker forklift experience (required).
Previous warehouse experience required.
Basic math skills.
Ability to read, write, and interpret work instructions.
Ability to understand training and work directions in English or Spanish.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements

Frequently walk, stand, reach, bend, and stoop throughout the shift.
Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Work in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures.
Comfortable working at elevated heights (40–60 feet).
