Administrative Operations Supervisor

Job Description The Functional Area Supervisor (FAS) is a permanent, full‑time position supporting the overall mission of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by supporting the logistical operations of a local Field Office. As a FAS, your responsibilities would include: Assists applicants by providing requested forms and directing applicant flow, Answer phones on site and direct calls to the appropriate person(s), Provide support to applicants utilizing electronic systems, Schedule and or reschedule dates and times of interviews and naturalization ceremonies, Perform tasks related to preparing for and conducting naturalization ceremonies, including distribution of naturalization certificates and the retrieval of documentation from applicants, Provide support for the processing of forms and applications used in the adjudication process, Report progress on functional area tasks to Site Manager and government as required, Supporting facility operations including internal mail delivery, intra-site file movement and storage, facility setup and teardown for naturalization ceremonies, file staging, physical maintenance of file rooms, Adhering to secure facility access control policies and procedures, Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of related experience Must be able to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance under the Department of Homeland Security from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Ability to read and understand proficiently in English Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment Ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching Compensation At Sciolex Corporation, our top priorities and most valuable resources are our employees, which is why we offer a competitive total compensation package.
