Work Environment\n

This position is remote, with the flexibility to work from home while maintaining the core responsibilities that mirror those of an outpatient office setting. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide seamless counseling services. Our work schedule typically spans Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evening or weekend hours required to accommodate client appointments and practice requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, medication treatment plans, and behavioral guidelines.

• Ensure comprehensive and timely documentation of clinical interactions, meeting all regulatory compliance standards.

• Collaborate with fellow team members to create and execute positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Actively engage in the ongoing licensing and accreditation processes to uphold high standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant state agencies, service systems, and community partners to enhance access to resources for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
