What You'll Do

• Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Respond promptly to service requests from residents and staff
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for everyone
• Contribute to resident satisfaction through high-quality workmanship

What You'll Need

Required:

• 13 years of maintenance experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong critical thinking, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Able to understand, read, write, and speak English

Preferred:

• HVAC experience
• Associate's degree from a technical school
