Virtual Assistant

EKD Strategies

EKD Strategies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative, communication, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by assisting with scheduling, communications, data management, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling Respond to emails and handle professional client communication Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with document preparation, reports, and presentations Conduct basic online research when needed Organize digital files and maintain company systems Support project coordination and administrative workflows Assist with social media scheduling or content organization (if applicable) Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Ability to work independently and meet deadlines High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) Familiarity with CRM systems Experience supporting remote teams Work Environment 100% remote position Flexible schedule depending on project needs Collaborative and supportive team environment Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for long-term growth within the company #J-18808-Ljbffr EKD Strategies
