VP/Talent Acquisition Partner

Who You’ll Work With We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Private Wealth Talent Acquisition Team. The team partners with hiring managers at all levels to translate business needs into a sourcing and talent acquisition strategy, creating the best possible candidate experience. What You’ll Do As a critical member of the team, you will identify and attract Wealth Advisor talent for our Private Client business across the United States. You will act as a researcher, relationship builder, and career ambassador, providing a consultative approach to workforce planning and developing strategies to source advisor candidate pools. Key Responsibilities Build always‑on pipelines across competitor firms and conduct structured market mapping. Maintain long‑term passive relationships and align candidate pipeline health with future hiring needs. Provide market intelligence and competitive insight on advisor movement, compensation, and competitors. Partner with local leadership to craft an immersive recruitment experience and handle large requisition volumes in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other internal departments to deliver a smooth onboarding experience. Serve as a talent advisor to Managing Directors, co‑developing hiring strategies aligned to growth goals. Lead consultative intake sessions, define advisor profiles, and translate business goals into workforce plans. Build collaborative, trusted relationships with key internal business partners at all levels. What We’re Looking For Minimum 10 years of advisor recruiting experience. Proven experience leading all phases of the recruiting process for wealth advisors, including origination, due diligence, negotiation, and financial modeling. Track record of successfully recruiting high‑caliber talent, even during periods of high volume and service quality expectations. Excellent client service focus and ability to develop effective partnerships inside and outside the organization. Hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach with a sense of urgency and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. High intellectual curiosity, accountability, integrity, and judgment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Workday Recruiting, is a plus. Salary Disclosure Base Salary Range: $175,000 to $210,000.Base salaries may vary based on education, training, experience, and performance. Total compensation may also include commissions, year‑end incentive compensation, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and department‑specific awards.
