Outside Sales Representative (Roofing & Exteriors) - $100K+ Uncapped
Krech Exteriors - Twin Cities, MN
If you can sell, you'll make serious money here.
This is a high-performance, commission-driven role for someone who wants to win, compete, and get paid for it.
No cap. No ceiling.
What You'll Earn
$100K-$250K+ uncapped commission
Rookie ramp plan (first 6 months)

Top reps sell $1M+ annually
What You'll Do
Run in-home sales appointments (leads + self-generated)
Prospect for new business (referrals, neighborhoods, networking)
Inspect roofing, siding, gutters, windows
Build estimates + present solutions
Close deals and manage your pipeline
Roofing & gutters = faster closes
Windows & siding = more consultative (2-visit close)
