Description

Manage daily site operations and subcontractor activities.

Coordinate construction activities in an active facility with critical equipment in operation.

Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards.

Work closely with the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, who will provide support throughout the project.

Coordinate with project stakeholders and trade partners to maintain project progress.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Superintendent experience on commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.

MEP experience preferred, with a strong emphasis on electrical and HVAC systems.

Ability to work in an active occupied environment and manage multiple subcontractors.

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Billerica, MA.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Billerica,MA.
