Are you ready to take on a leadership role in managing IT contracts and ensuring top-notch service delivery We are looking for a dynamic individual to serve as the primary point of contact for SWBNOs IT Director and OCIO leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the heart of New Orleans a city known for its rich culture history and vibrant community.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of contractor personnel ensuring contract compliance and coordinating various operational aspects. You will play a crucial role in maintaining service quality across IT operations and specialized technical services while also supporting emergency operations and business continuity.

Requirements

  • 810 years of experience managing IT staffing professional services or technology support contracts.
  • 5 years of experience managing multi-role technical teams in enterprise IT operations.
  • Experience with Task Order-based or staff augmentation contracts.
  • Knowledge of IT operations environments including help desk network server enterprise applications database cybersecurity GIS and infrastructure support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in Louisiana by contract start and available for regular onsite presence.

Preferences

  • Experience serving as a client-facing contract manager for public-sector or critical infrastructure clients.
  • Ability to coordinate emergency support and business continuity staffing.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field.
