About the Position

Hiring a Project Manager, responsible for the support of construction initiatives, steering complex tasks to meet strategic goals. This role is pivotal in balancing the financial, technical, and creative elements. You will also foster productive relationships with stakeholders and lead a dedicated team to successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is not required, but preferred in lieu of trade experience
  • 5+ years of prior work experience with a commercial mechanical subcontractor
  • Proven experience in the HVAC industry
  • New construction project experience required
