Store Operations & Customer Service Leader

Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations and customer service teams. You will coach Cashiers and Supervisors, oversee receiving and inventory integrity, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering exceptional shopper experiences. You will also support staffing, training, and succession planning, acting as MOD and communicating with District/Regional leaders to drive results in a fast-paced, off-price retail environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Burlington Stores
