What You'll Do

• Conduct patient rounds with residents in inpatient neurosurgery
• Review and manage patient orders and discharges
• Evaluate patients needing consultation or follow-up care
• Assist with procedures such as drain removal (hemovac/jp drains)
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR system
• Support patient care initiatives within a hospital setting

What You Need

• Valid MA State License or willingness to obtain
• BC in Neurosurgery (required)
• At least 1 year of neurosurgery-related experience
• Ability to manage inpatient neurosurgical cases effectively
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
