Job Summary

A stable manufacturing company in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an experienced Brake Press Operator for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a skilled machine operator with strong blueprint reading ability, precision measuring experience, and a commitment to producing high-quality metal fabricated parts.

The Brake Press Operator will work in a hands-on production environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are essential. Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate press brake machinery according to production requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and job specifications.
- Verify dimensions and perform quality checks throughout the production process.
- Use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers, to confirm part accuracy.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to meet quality and productivity standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment or production issues while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $23 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
- Employment Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Santa Ana, CA 92705.
- Shift: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM; 2nd shift, Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM–10:30 PM.
- Overtime may be required based on production needs.
